Keep a fully loaded spare next to the printer and you'll never NEED to run these cartridges empty (which is what promotes sponge drying/hardening). Pull them out at 50% full and refill them via our photo instructions (included) and you'll be a pro by the second refilling

If you been refilling Canon carts for years, you already know all you need to know. No more drilling or popping out the ball and resealing as OUR carts are fitted with a easy to use plug and a predrilled hole.

We highly recommend dual packs so we have severly discounted the "dual pack" pricing as an incentive to purchase them. The Canon head is thermal and can be damaged if run completely dry. Dry cartridges will also experience "sponge hardening" where the sponge retains less and less ink each time. Also there is the wicking factor whereby a hard sponge will not wick inks properly to the outlet pad. So many people have their cartridges refilled by places like "cart world" and so on but they save up piles of empties to make the trip worthwhile and this is exactly what you should not do! Paying 50% of retail to have a cartridge refilled for you is a waste. Pay 5% of retail and fill it yourself cheaply and easily whenever you need to!
