Alpha Acid: 2% to 4.5% Substitutions: Mt.Hood, Hersbrucker, Liberty, Hallertaur Flavor Profile: Developed from the genetics of at least three different hop varieties, including Hallertaur, Cascade, and Brewers Gold. It's floral-perfumey character makes it a good choice for late kettle additions. Mild and Pleasent, spicy and flowery.
