Vignetti Pittaro Pinot Grigio NV
Details
Vignetti Pittaro Pinot Grigio NV
It is a wine with a distinct personality, appreciated throughout the world. Commercially it can be produced as a white wine, or copper-colored, although rarely. Both are good, the difference between the two being minimal. The copper Pinot grigio is left in contact with the grape skins for 24 hours, whereas the white one is immediately separated from them.
This is enough to have two different wines. The white is more delicate and refined, while the copper version is more robust and aggressive, and delights the eye. But both are at high levels of quality. Its bouquet is marked and distinctive and recalls acacia flowers. The taste is dry, smooth and full, slightly and pleasantly bitter, with a noticeable hint of artemisia.
