2008 Bridesmaid White Wine
Fresh and complex, this blend of Semillion and Sauvignon Blanc tastes of sweet honeydew melon, ripe peaches, cream and a touch of apricot. There's a wonderful mineral quality, fresh milled flowers, and a lively acidity giving the wine an effortless balance. It pairs well with everything from chicken and fish to soft cheeses.

Three winemakers, Josh Peeples (Chateau Boswell), Drew Neiman (Kongsgaard, Neiman Cellars), and Pam Starr (Crocker & Starr, Spottswoode), have collaborated by blending their excess barrels. Even though their premium labels sell for almost three times the price, Bridesmaid's quality is equivalent. 60% semillon, 40% sauvignon blanc.
