This is always a great value Cab, coming from the Beckstoffer family's
Amber Knolls Vineyards in Lake County. Plenty of blue and red fruit on
the nose to get you excited, plus underlying notes of pencil lead and
spicy oak, all of which carry over to the full palate. Fresh acidity and
well-integrated tannins will make this a nice complement to your table
and help this age well beyond what it's modest price point suggests.
