A unique and distinctive spirit created by distilling raspberries macerated in a high proof neutral grape spirit. The synesthetic response of the scent alone is quite vivid—the color red floods the stimulus receptors and one cannot help but imagine a handful of the soft cushioned berries about to yield on one’s palate. To speak of the effects en bouche would be redundant.

Important note: This spirit is a true eau de vie, and as such quite different from Framboise, a raspberry dessert wine we (alas) no longer produce. It's delicious, though, so if you love raspberries, you'll want to give it a go.
