It's that time of year again DEWNstahs!
Day of Doon VIII is quickly approaching and we will be celebrating in great style at our new estate vineyard property in San Juan Bautista. It is very, very early going, but this estate represents the fulfillment of a grand dream of a vin de terroir. It is hard to express how utterly magical the place is - you will have to see for yourself the inaugural planting of absurdly closely-spaced pinot noir vines and the amazing energy of this unique site. You will enjoy an extraordinary Farm-to-Table feast prepared al fresco by Cellar Door executive chef, Charlie Parker, paired with some very special vintages and some unique surprises. San Benito County is a bit of a terra incognita; you are welcome to find your way there under your own steam, or travel from the Cellar Door in Santa Cruz on a magic bus, engaged for this special event.
