2007 Le Cigare Volant
Varietal Blend: 60% grenache, 32% syrah, 4% mourvèdre, 4% cinsault
Bright ruby red with a pale purplish rim. Bright cherry aromas with a bit of spice, menthol, and black pepper. On the palate, fresh cherry, currant, and red bramble fruit. Peppery and lively with good acidity around an earthy, savory core.

2009 Le Cigare Blanc
Varietal Blend: Biodynamic® 57% grenache blanc, 43% roussanne
Pale gold color with green-gold highlights, rich aromas of beeswax, lavender, quince and cardamom lead to a mouthful of Asian pear, quince, and wild fennel with a distinctive note of minerals on the mid-palate. Silky in texture and perfectly balanced with a long, savory, satisfying finish.

2007 Le Vol des Anges
Varietal Blend: 100% roussanne
Botrytis, when it is good, is very, very good i.e., it imparts a rather distinctive quality to sweet wine - incredibly rich, unctuous, honeyed, savory mouthfeel with great persistence on the palate. Wonderfully decadent with an autumnal quality, but also sweet suggestions of white nectarine, apricot, a hint of blood orange and an unmistakable, extremely attractive fragrance of beeswax.
