Winemaker Notes
Hand harvested in multiple picking passes from Contra Costa’s oldest carignane and mourvèdre vines and rigorously sorted prior to undergoing fermentation in stainless steel, twice daily must punched downs and a maceration of 30 days and 30 nights. Elevage: French oak barrel and puncheon for 8 months (15% new).
