Pale yellow color with light gold highlights. Bright
floral notes of honeysuckle, lilac and orange blossom
bring to mind a perfumed spring garden at dusk. Ripe peach, melon and yellow apple combine with citrus zest and spearmint on the palate. The 2008 Muscat is extraordinarily fine with grilled sea bass with lime and mint butter, assorted Dim Sum or fried chicken with pan gravy.

to producing wines with a particular emphasis on
the expression of terroir, or unique sense of place.
Our winemaking is generally hands-off, respectful
of the originality of the vineyard site. Our 2008
vintage expresses the beautiful crystalline mineral
aspect of the Monterey County soils: musky,
melodious, melon with powerful aromatics, clean
acidity and a slightly off-dry finish. Absolutely
brilliant as an apéritif and a superb complement to
charcuterie and Asian cuisines.
