EVOsport Power Pulley Kit

The EVOsport Power Pulley Kits are designed to under-drive the alternator(*/**), power steering pump, and water pump by 10-20%, reducing parasitic power loss to significantly increase both useable torque and horsepower. The kit includes three(***) anodized T-6061 aluminum pulleys and a new belt. A perfect compliment to a stock or modified engine to free up wasted horsepower, and a must have for race cars. Worth 10.7 additional HP and 8.1 ft/lbs @ 6960 RPM on a 1995 M3! Similar results for other applications.

*E36 Models:  Some E36 cars with replaced power steering pumps have been updated to E46 pumps.  We have both options available and advise all customers to check if their power steering pulley has been changed to a flat pulley.  If your car is equipped with a flat pulley then please select from the Z3 kits to assure proper fitment.  If you are unsure or have any questions then please give us a call.

** Two different alternator kits are available for many models - one for the performance minded individual and one for the serious audiophile. If you have a significant additional load on the alternator from aftermarket audio amplifiers, you will not want to under-drive the alternator. Thus, we simply lighten that pulley rather then under-drive it. Not offered on some models.

*** On some models, BMW used two different alternator manufacturers - Bosch and Valeo, resulting in 2 different pulley designs. If two alternators are listed for your application, you must verify model to ensure correct fitment.

**** E39 M5 includes five pulleys and two bearings. E92 M3, E60 M5, and E63 M6 include one crank pulley and hardware.
