E36 3 Series Cooling System Overhaul Kit

This kit will not fit the Z3/MZ3. Kit includes all the common preventative maintenance parts to keep your cooling system from failing at an inconvenient time. Typically this service needs to be performed at 80-100,000 miles due to plastic fatigue on the radiator tanks and thermostat housing.

Kit Includes:

• Radiator - new OEM Behr
• Aluminum thermostat housing - upgrade from factory plastic
• Thermostat housing gasket
• Thermostat - 88 degree, ask us if a different temp is preferred
• Water pump - metal impeller pump
• Upper and lower radiator hose
• Radiator/expansion tank cap
• Accessory belt

Optional:

• High capacity radiator - This radiator is similar to the stock E30/E36 radiator except it features two distinct differences: a thicker core (third row) for added capacity/cooling and oil cooler attachment points at the base of the unit. These are excellent performance radiators for customers on a budget who do not want an East Asian sourced radiator with questionable quality.
• Stewart Components/EMP performance water pump - now with a lifetime warranty! This is a premium water pump packed with features like improved vein design for better flow, an oversized bearing, and the best seals available. This pump will not fail leaving your car overheating and you stranded - guaranteed!
• Silicone radiator hose kit - available for added durability to the cooling system in black, blue, and red.

This kit fits 6- cylinder E36 3 Series cars (92-98 323, 325, 328, and M3, including all 1999 2- door and convertible).

*High capacity radiators fitted to an automatic requires slight modification to allow the transmission cooler to securely bolt on.
