Corbeau FX1 Seat

The FX1 Pro combines comfort, performance, and safety at an absolutely unbeatable price. Designed with an emphasis on comfort and value, this seat is one of the most comfortable race seats you will ever sit in. If you enjoy racing and want a practical and affordable shell seat, the FX1 Pro is a hard one to pass on.  High wear patches are strategically placed to protect your seat from abuse in the high wear areas. The FX1 Pro racing seat is available in cloth fabric with leatherette high wear patches. The FX1 features a composite fiberglass technology shell and removable insert cushions. The seat comes equipped with a nut welded on the back allowing you to secure the seat to a seat back brace to meet SFI standards. Seat have side mount and bottom sliding mount locations.

The FX1 Pro racing seat comes in three different sizes*, the FX1 Pro, FX1, and FX1 Wide. As a rule of thumb, the FX1 Pro racing seat will fit up to a 36 inch waist, the FX1 will fit up to a 38 inch waist and the FX1 Wide (black only) will fit up to a 42 inch waist. This Seat Features:

• Bolster Support: Ultimate lateral support with well-defined thigh, kidney, and shoulder bolsters will allow both the driver and passenger to remain in the optimal seating position. The reduction of body shifting will reduce the amount of driver fatigue and enhance the overall driving experience.
• Seat Back Brace: This seat is equipped with a bolt on the back giving it the ability to be bolted to a seat back brace.
• Harness Capability: This seat has harness slots for 3, 4 and 5-point harness capability. A submarine slot is already installed for a 5^th strap.
• Fabric: Anti-slip cloth materials, coupled with anti-wear patches. Contains UV inhibitors. This seat has been extensively tested under extreme conditions and found to be colorfast.
• Fiberglass Shell: Fiberglass composite shell with a black gel coat.
• Available Aluminum Side Mounts: This seat can be bottom mounted or side mounted. Aluminum side mounts are available which allow the seat to be bolted right to the floor.

*FX1 Wide will need modification to fit in 2002, E21 and E30 chassis cars due to width of shoulder supports.

FX1 is not FIA approved, and does not meet SFI standards without being secured to cross bar with supplied hardware.
