BMW Performance Alcantara Shift Knob

Genuine BMW Performance alcantara/ alloy shift knob is a clean addition to any BMW interior, 1982+. Yes that's right, any BMW after 1982 can take advantage of this BMW Performance piece. The knob is much lower than the factory knob and is weighted for a smoother engagement, making it an excellent addition to any short shift kit. The alcantara/ alloy mix gives a racy, grippy feel without the cold/hot nature of a solid alloy knob. The best feature of this knob is it pops into place in less than a minute just as a factory knob should - no generic set screws!

Available with either standard 5-speed or 6-speed gate indicator (first gear forward and left - not available in E30 M3 close ratio pattern).  Sold as a shift knob only - cars with one-piece knob and boot (ie. E46 M3) will require modification of existing boot.  Alcantara will wear with heavy use or oily hands.
